Q. Can we just drop in to play?
A. Yes, our hours of operation are:

We open at 9am everyday for tours or reservations.
Open Play
Tuesday - Friday 2pm to 8pm
(Friday we close at 9pm and reopen at 9:30-12am for Gladiator Night)
Saturday 9am to 10pm
Sunday 2pm to 8 pm
We are open for Mommy & Me every Wednesday morning from
9am to 12pm. Will open ANYTIME for Group Reservations.

Q. What will I need to bring to the party?
A. See Party Packaging. Depending on which party you chose at reservation time, will determine what additional items you will need. We take care of everything! We strive to offer you packaging that will enhance your party experience and provide you the opportunity to relax and enjoy your child's special day. However, if you want to bring in special items, you will need to inform your Party Coordinator at Reservation Time or your Adventure Guide during the Pre-Party Call (one week before Reservation Date). All packaging options provide food and drink options for your party. Additional food and drink items are available for purchase. Happy Birthday themed paper products are provided for every Package Birthday option. You may also choose themed paper goods as an upgrade. We offer many options in our Upgrades section. Please see UPGRADES for more information.
Remember socks must be worn by all guests in the bounce arena and all guests must sign a waiver. Don't forget your signed waivers. To download waiver click here.
Q. What should my children and I wear to Backyard Adventures?
A. Backyard Adventures asks for appropriate dress attire. Pants or long shorts are recommended. Short shorts, skirts and dresses do not provide enough protection during play in our inflatables.
Q. Can we book a party in person?
A. Yes, we have Party Coordinators on site at our Party Welcome Center at all times. Feel free to stop by at any time.
Q. What are your Additional Party Upgrades?
A. See our services section for more information on party upgrades.
Q. How many guests can I invite?
A. See Services for a listing of our Party Packages. Additional children are allowed for additional fees.
Q. Do all parties have a private area?
A. The party time is as follows: 1 full hour of shared play time in the arena and 1 full hour of private party room time. The party rooms are spacious and comfortable for party guests and their parents. We encourage parents to attend with their children, as we also offer a tranquil rest area in our Parent Patio made just for them.
Q. When should I arrive for my party?
A. THIS IS IMPORTANT!! The birthday child should arrive 15 minutes prior to party time. This will give ample opportunity to check in, and sign release waivers before the guests arrive. We encourage ALL guests to arrive 15 minutes early. Again this gives ample opportunity to check in and give us the opportunity to better serve you and your party in a fun and timely manner. Your two hour party starts at the exact scheduled time that was chosen at Reservation Time, due to parties scheduled behind yours it is important to keep parties on schedule. See Policies
Q. How do I book a party?
A. You may Book Online or call our Party Coordinators at 863-665-9876. A 50% deposit is required, and is refundable up to 2 weeks before the party date. The final guest count and food order must be given one week before the party.
Q. Can I bring my own decorations?
A. Decorations may be brought in if a Backyard Adventures Birthday Package has been purchased/reserved ahead of time. Please bring in your decorations as early as possible so that we may prepare better. Decorations should be brought in the week before or week of the birthday party in order to facilitate organization. You may bring in the themed paper products, balloons, and utensils. We do not allow confetti, silly string, or streamers. The Grand and Classic Package includes Happy Birthday themed paper products and utensils. The Basic Package includes white paper products. You also can order the Themed Paper products from us and let us take care of everything.

Q. Does each guest need a separate waiver?
A. Each family will need to sign a waiver. Individual family members may be listed on the same waiver.

Q. What if my guests forget to bring socks?
A. Socks are required at all times in the play arena. We do have socks available for purchase at the front desk.
Q. Can I just drop off my child?
A. Except for special events, children must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver. Party guests may be dropped off as long as a waiver is signed giving the host parents responsibility for their child/children. Please do not just drop off your child until they are checked in by the Party Parent Host. During open bounce, adults must be accompanied by a child and vice versa in order to enter Backyard Adventures. See our HOUSE RULES
Q. Can my guests play longer than 2 hours?
A. Yes, everyone can stay as long as they want.
Q. What if I want to hold a larger function of 30 or more guests?
A. Our Private Party Rooms have been designed to open up into larger rooms. Please contact our Party Coordinators to reserve events for larger audiences.
