It is the desire of this company to better our children's physical, mental and social skills, with the newest interactive activities.
We will also aspire to cultivate an active connection between parents and their children using games, inflatables and other energizing activities. Lastly, we also desire to provide "unbelievable" special event parties. We don't just serve, we entertain. We strive to create a party experience that makes you say, "WOW, I can't believe they did that for me!?.
Recall your own personal birthday memories, both positive and negative. There were times you felt special, happy, love, warmth, important, cared for and secure. Yet other times you remember feeling disappointed, sad, angry, embarrassed or even humiliated. Birthday experiences have a tremendous amount of emotion that can create powerful memories. These memories will stay cemented in your mind as good or bad, for a long time! Backyard Adventures has a huge responsibility to provide positive lasting memories!
Birthday parties are an integral part of the BACKYARD ADVENTURES business concept. Therefore, it is crucial that the BACKYARD ADVENTURES birthday party experience be enjoyable and memorable for the child, the parents and their guests. Only then will our business grow and achieve the vision we have set out to complete.
A child's birthday is a very special occasion. Next to Christmas, it is the most anticipated day of the year for children and their parents. Careful consideration and planning has gone into the decision to trust this important day to BACKYARD ADVENTURES. It's our responsibility to make parents elated with making the right choice.
Each BACKYARD ADVENTURES birthday party will have a consistent presentation of excellence and exceed our guest's expectations. Each party will be its own production, personalizing and engaging guests into a 'WOW' experience. And in return, BACKYARD ADVENTURES will be become the standard for being the best. We'll work as a team, develop party Adventure Guide entertainers as opposed to 'servers', and operate in an atmosphere of fun. We hope that you will allow us the opportunity to work our 'magic' on your upcoming birthday party or event.

1. Food and beverages purchased or prepared outside the facility are not permitted. Birthday cakes are permitted only when party package is purchased.
2. Children must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian.
3. An adult must be accompanied by a child for access to Play Arena.
4. Running is not permitted. Watch out for other children and play safe!
5.Older children need to be considerate of younger, smaller children.
6. Children older than Age 5 are not permitted in Toddler Area
7. Food, drink, candy or sharp objects are not permitted in or on any inflatable. Glasses and jewelry should be removed.
8. Do not climb over the sides of any inflatables.
9. Slide down all slides feet first, NO JUMPING.
10. Do not go behind any inflatable or other restricted area.
11. Toddler inflatables are for children 5 and under and their parents only.
12. NO SHOES OF ANY KIND ALLOWED ON THE RIDES. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you cannot remove your shoes, you cannot play on the rides.
13. Socks must be worn at all times
14. Food is not allowed in the play area at any time.
15. Staff members instructions must be followed at all times. Failure to do so will result in eviction from facility without refund.
16. Absolutely NO profanity, alcohol, tobacco or illegal drugs are permitted at any time!
17. Purchase of admission in any form, including party and group event attendance acknowledges understanding of these rules.
18. Purchaser acknowledges that all reasonable precautions have been made to assure safety. Play is at the participants own risk. By purchasing admission, purchaser agrees to release, defend, indemnify, not sue and hold harmless Backyard Adventures IIPC, LLC.
19. Backyard Adventures asks for appropriate dress attire. Pants or long shorts are recommended. Short shorts, skirts and dresses do not provide enough protection during play in our inflatables.
BACKYARD ADVENTURES is pleased that you chose our facility to hold your Special Event. In order to provide you the best possible services, we have provided you with these policies:
HAVE GUESTS ARRIVE ON TIME.
Your party will last 2 hours. We want everyone to enjoy the entire party, so it is important that they are here 15 minutes before your slotted time. Each party is important, and we want it to be special for everyone, so we ask that you be considerate of guests whose parties follow yours, and lead your guests in a timely manner.
NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED
except birthday cake or cupcakes
NO FOOD OR DRINK IN THE BOUNCE AREA.
It is important that the area is kept extra clean for your safety and enjoyment. Please keep food and drinks in the designated areas.
REMIND GUESTS TO WEAR OR BRING SOCKS
RETURN WAIVERS
Please assure that all waivers are signed and completed before each guests arrival. This will again ensure a better flow of allotted time slots.
RESPOND TO THE CONFIRMATION LETTER or ADVENTURE GUIDE PRE PARTY CALL.
Food is ordered ahead of time to arrive hot and fresh for your party. Pizza is ordered on Wednesday before your event. Once it is ordered, you are responsible for your order. Also, the Pre-Party call will help us to ensure a special and personalized party for your child. It is our way of building a relationship with you to get to know your needs better.
CANCELLATION POLICY.
In order to facilitate your event, we schedule party coordinators to make it seamless for you, and reserve space for your party. Once we book your date, it is refundable up to thirty days prior to your event. There is no refund of deposits after this period.
