Employee Security Training
Special care has gone into employee training in many areas:
•Floor Safety Patrols
monitoring play in the Arena, keeping a controlled environment at all times.
•Door Security
Children are not allowed to enter Backyard Adventures without an accompanying adult. Adults are not allowed to enter Backyard Adventures without an accompanying child. Wristband security prevents the ability for Adults or Children departure from Backyard Adventures unless both the child and the accompanying adult are together.
•Employee Checks
All employees undergo extensive Background Checks and Drug Testing
•Extra Employee Training
Employees are trained in First Aid.
